This recipe came from Joyce Dunshee. She had worked as cook on a variety of charter boats and gave me this recipe when we first got Alcyone. Darby loves salmon, but only if there is dill sauce. |
Dill Sauce |
3 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons dried dill 4 tablespoons dijon mustard 1 teaspoon powered mustard 3 teaspoons wine vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil mix everything together add the mayonase just before serving 1/2 cup mayonase |
